An Tur Solais's grilling cheese boasts a high protein content comparable to chicken breast, earning strong consumer response from health-conscious consumers.
CEO Kim expressed his aspiration to make An Tur Solais "a brand like an attractive person you can't help but notice," aiming to provide emotional appeal and aesthetic satisfaction beyond mere necessity-driven purchases.
Currently, An Tur Solais is expanding its product lineup beyond grilling cheese to include kimchi cheese mandu, Manarola artisan pasta sauce, low-sugar whole wheat bread, and farro fresh pasta, evolving into a 'total gourmet solution' brand.
